Found it on Pinterest - Fab or Flop - Orange Cleaner

Welcome back, I hope you all had a Wonderful Christmas!!

Today I am introducing my new series.

Called:

Found it on Pinterest - Fab or Flop!!

And I would like you to all join in

Here's how it works:
  • Search Pinterest for hours like we all do.
  • Find something that either saves you money to make, is healthier to make, or just catches your eye and you would love to give it a try.
  • Make it, bake it, sew it, or duplicate in some way and declare it either.

A Pinterest Fab or a Pinterest Flop

Here is a Fab of mine

 Organic, Natural, Orange Cleaner

Here's what you do:

  1. Fill a glass jar (in my case a vintage canning jar) with orange peels or any other citrus peels you have.  Right now is a good time to make this as citrus is in season.
  2. Cover the peels with white vinegar (make sure you are adding peels and vinegar at the same rate, you want the peels always to be covered).
  3. Let sit for two weeks (I leave mine on the kitchen window sill, it is so pretty to look at).
  4. Strain vinegar off the peels and store in the original vinegar container.
  5. Mix 50/50 the orange vinegar and water and put in a spray bottle.
Now starting cleaning with your non toxic cleaner.

I use this on my sinks, counter tops, and toilets.  I have also dusted the computer room with it.
It does not work well on window.

Not only is it cheap, it's healthier.

If you would like to be featured with your Pinterest Fab or Flop, just drop me a line Creative Cain Cabin telling me you would love to be featured and a short message about your Pinterest Fab or Flop.  I will pick features as they come in.

Can't wait to see all the thing you are trying!!

  1. Lordy, I hardly ever pin things that are practical like that. I've been pinning for hours. Just pretty things that catch my eye!

The text in your post seem to be running off the screen in Ie.
I'm not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with web browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know.
The design and style look great though! Hope you get the problem
    fixed soon. Thanks

  27. I am new to developing sites and I was wanting to know if having your site title relevant to your content
really that crucial? I see your title, "Blogger: creative cain cabin "
does appear to be spot on with what your blog is about but, I prefer
to keep my title less content descriptive and based more around site branding.
Would you think this is a good idea or bad
idea? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
