St. Patrick's Day in the Master Bedroom

St. Patrick's day is just around the corner
and the Master Bedroom at the Cabin
is all decorated for the occasion.

I used green and yellow to bring a St. Patrick's Day
feel to the room.

The Master Bedroom is in the loft of our house,
it has no walls and is wide open.

Here's a view looking over the staircase to our room.

The Antibes Green table works perfect
as a breakfast spot.

The covered chair in the corner is where our dog sleeps,
I know the white sheet isn't pretty but it makes it so much
easier to clean up the dog hair.

The yellow and white buffalo check curtains are a favorite
of mine.  I purchased the material from
Fabric Guru and made my own.

I also purchase the dandelion print fabric on the
pillow covers from Fabric Guru.  And the vintage
embroidered pillow cases are a family heirloom.

I love the open feel to our place, with the high
ceilings and lack of walls.

There's the fur ball on the floor that creates all
the pet hair.

Thanks for looking and have
a happy
St. Patrick's Day!

  4. What do I love?
    yellow gingham curtains
    antibes green table
    yellow pitcher filled with daisies.

It reminds me of B & Bs we have stayed in - I would like to reserve 2 nights in early April, we can be flexible.

Seriously, you and I could trade off many of the items in our houses - I have the yellow pitcher in red.

  20. Your fur ball is like mine. They are sweet babies. I have decided to vacuum a lot and get over it. Your room is bright, cheerful, and I love the fabrics. I hung a buffalo check valance over my sink in the kitchen window yesterday (two bucks at a garage sale). Beautiful images too.
